Handmade Enchantment for Home, Body and Soul.
As an interfaith-Buddhist chaplain, artist and designer, I have an abiding appreciation for the spiritual power of aesthetic to create peace, centeredness, and home. This informs my creativity with deep intention of spaces and experiences for people, surrounding them with beauty that sustains and supports, thereby allowing one to live life by design. I engage my outer and inner eyes in tandem with experiences working with textiles, woodworking, and chaplaincy to design and enhance bespoke spaces and items for individuals. These same values undergird my ministry while working in a trauma hospital, a prison, home hospice and currently in EMS as a first responder chaplain. Stay tuned! Coming soon from the studio are petcha tables, seiza benches and ihais all from reclaimed lumber.
